In this class, Thiago Granato invites participants to explore listening as a choreographic practice, a way of perceiving and responding through the body. Through guided exercises and movement explorations, participants will attune to the fascia, connective tissue, as a living network for sensing, relating, and creating.
This approach to listening goes beyond what is spoken or heard, redirecting attention to the subtle exchanges of information that unfold across the body’s many layers.
